A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at 5:56 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Councilors Barry, Bray, Cano, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran.
Vice Chairperson Hodge presides.
The reading of the records of November 10, 2015 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilors Wildenhain and Rudd, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Chief King requesting that whenever he receives a request for BCI checks for people applying for door to door sales, he also do a background check on the company itself to determine if there have been any complaints or problems that the Board should be aware of prior to voting on the application.
Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Bray, the meeting is adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
