A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 7:49 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – Councilors Barry, Bray, Cano, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Chairperson Moran.

 

Vice Chairperson Hodge presides.

 

 

The reading of the records of November 24, 2015 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Ms. Montilla states that she revised the menu because she has now hired a chef.

 

There will be entertainment, including live bands on Fridays and Saturdays.

 

The hours on weekdays will be 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., then close, and then re-open from 6:00 p.m., to 10:00 p.m.  On weekends (Friday and Saturday) the hours will be will be 11:00 am to 3:00 p.m., then close and then re-open from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

 

They have mostly on-street parking.

 

There will serve Columbian and American food.

 

Capacity is over 300 people.

 

All staff is TIPS Certified.

 

They are leasing the property.

 

There are no other speakers.
