A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at 7:26 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors, Barry, Bray, Cano, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of July 22, 2015 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

The motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor Cano, that peddlers/hawkers/mobile food vendors be charged $25.00 to participate in all events at the Pawtucket Arts Festival is DEFATTED on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes – Councilors Barry, Bray, Cano and Rudd.
Noes – President Moran, Councilors Hodge, Mercer, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR HODGE.
The motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Tetreault, that peddlers/hawkers/mobile food vendors be charged $25.00 for each event in which they precipitate during Pawtucket Arts Festival is PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows.
Ayes – President Moran, Councilors Barry, Bray, Hodge, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
Noes – Councilors Cano, Mercer and Rudd.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Barry, the meeting is adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
