A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at 7:05 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of August 20, 2014 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Speaking in favor are applicants James Downing, 365 Newman Avenue, Seekonk, MA, and Kelli Oatley, 45 Old Mill Lane, North Kingstown, RI.
Mr. Downing states that they are moving their current auto sales business from Route 2 in Warwick. Their current hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 p.m.
There will be an outside cleaning company with two employees to clean the cars, and they hope to hire a couple mechanics.
The hours will be Monday thru Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00.
Mr. Downing states that they will keep the building as is.
He states that they never had an auto repair shop before. They will have 60-80 cars on the lot. The lot can fit 125 cars.
He agrees not to do any test driving on the side streets.
