A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at 7:04 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Barry.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of January 8, 2014 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Mr. Goldstein responds that to the best of his knowledge, no.
Mr. Milos asks if anyone from Fonseca A/S has contacted the City Clerk’s Office about payment of the fine.
Mr. Goldstein responds that to the best of his knowledge, no.
Mr. Milos asks if anyone from Fonseca A/S spoke to him today about attending the hearing.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR RUDD.
Upon motion made by Councilor Rudd, seconded by Councilors Barros, Vitali and Wildenhain, THE UNPAID FINE IMPOSED ON THE FOLLOWING LICENSE HOLDER IS DOUBLED FROM $500 TO $1,000, AND MUST BE PAID BY FEBRUARY 5, 2014, THE LICENSES ARE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY, AND THE LICENSE HOLDER MUST APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD ON FEBRUARY 5, 2014, for the following reasons, on a unanimous voice vote:
1. Failure to pay the $500 fine imposed by the Board of License Commissioners at their September 11, 2013 meeting on or before the imposed deadline of December 10, 2013.
2. On January 22, 2014: Failure to appear at a Formal Hearing of the Board of License Commissioners to which the license holder was summoned to appear.
