A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 7:04 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.

With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilors Hodge and Vitali, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to John Martins, thanking him for his letter to them regarding the Checker Club and for the major improvements he and his daughter, Alison, have made to the Checker Club building on Benefit Street. The board is pleased that the Checker Club will continue to be an important landmark for the city and a great asset for the neighborhood.
