A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at 7:14 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

4. The grounds of the property will be cleaned and maintained and all debris from building renovations, surplus wood, rocks, and unused vehicles and trucks shall be removed within 30 days.
5. All emissions from the building must be properly controlled in accordance with all applicable regulations.
6. No buildings or structures of any kind may be erected on the property without prior City Council approval.

2. All radios should be turned off while cars are waiting to be serviced.
3. Workers shall take all work breaks on the south side of the building, so as not to disturb neighbors. This shall include all smoking breaks, eating breaks and all times in which employees congregate outside.
4. All manner of automotive work shall be done inside facility, and only during hours of operation, with the exception of fuel injection cleaning service. Such cleaning service shall be performed ONLY outside at the extreme south property line.
5. Any automotive work performed on non-customer (i.e. employee-owned) vehicles shall be performed on the south side of the building and all employee vehicles shall be parked on the south side of the building.
6. The dumpsters shall be covered and locked at the end of each day.
7. All employees shall be informed of the above directives and notice of the above directives shall be posted in a conspicuous location accessible to all employees.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vitali, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the renewal of the auto repair shop license of Mc LLC d/b/a Jiffy Lube #824, 121 Newport Ave. LIC#2251 is APPROVED with all of the above stipulations plus the following additional stipulation, on a unanimous voice vote:
