A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at 7:14 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – 0.

 

Chairperson Moran presides.

 

 

The reading of the records of September 25, 2013 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Ms. Dourado and her husband and two bartenders will be working there.

 

They will be serving Spanish food.

 

They will have security and cameras.

 

She states that painting will be the only change to the building.

Upon motion made by Councilor Barros, seconded by Councilors Hodge and Tetreault, the following license is APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS on a unanimous voice vote:

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR WILDENHAIN.

 

With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Rudd, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:

 

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Major Bruce Moreau, Police Department, requesting that the police department continues to make sure that Churrasqueira Restaurant lives up to its obligations or cites them for any violations while the board reviews the alleged violations that have been presented to them.
