A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 7:21 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Vice Chairperson Hodge Councilors Barros, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran and Councilor Barry.
Vice Chairperson Hodge presides.
The reading of the records of June 19, 2013 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Upon motion made by Councilor Rudd, seconded by Councilor Tetreault, the following license holder is herewith SUMMONED TO APPEAR AT A FORMAL HEARING SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 7, 2013, for violations of the following specific conditions to the original grant of their license:

The Council has also received complaints from the neighbors surrounding this area regarding the hours of operation, noise, parking issues, trash, etc…
