5. Deliveries of bumpers and trash removal will be allowed only during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
6. No work may be performed outside of the building with the exception of the unloading, sorting and loading of bumpers during normal business hours.
7. The grounds of the property will be cleaned and maintained and all debris from building renovations, surplus wood, rocks, and unused vehicles and trucks shall be removed within 30 days.
8. All emissions from the building must be properly controlled in accordance with all applicable regulations.
9. No buildings or structures of any kind may be erected on the property without prior City Council approval.
