Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at 6:48 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Pro-Tempore Hodge, Councilors Barry, Chadwick, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran and Councilor Barros.
Chairperson Pro-Tempore Hodge presides.
The reading of the records of September 5, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
The following request is taken up:
Communication from Manny DaCosta, President of Rosa’s Sunshine Lounge, Ltd., d/b/a S Curve Pub, 110 School Street, requesting permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages, and have a DJ with Karaoke, outside at 110 School Street, on Saturday, October 6, 2012 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
STIPULATIONS PRESENTED:
1. Plastic Cups to be used.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR BARRY.
Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor O’Neill, the following request is LAID ON THE TABLE on a unanimous voice vote:
