A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 7:08 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of August 22, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Jose Galvao, President, Fidjos Di Djabraba, 682 Roosevelt Avenue, requesting permission to serve alcohol outside in the parking lot on Sunday, September 16, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. is READ AND ORDERED FILED and the request is APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS, on a unanimous voice vote.
STIPULATIONS:
1. Area is fenced in.
2. Plastic cups to be used.
3. Appropriate dumpsters for rubbish and area must be kept clean.
4. Police Detail until 11:00 p.m.
