A special session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at 5:21 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran and Councilor Barros.
Vice-Chairperson Hodge presides.

Petition of O Fest RI LLC in conjunction with Mobile Animal Safety Initiative Inc. to sell beer and wine at an October Fest at the Pawtucket Armory on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday October 6 and 7, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. and on Monday, October 8, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., LIC# 8476

Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the following license is APPROVED with the following amendment, on a unanimous voice vote:
