Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, and Vitali.
Absent – Councilor Wildenhain.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of March 7, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
NO BUSINESS TO TRANSACT
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Chadwick, the meeting is adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
