A special session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Thursday June 7, 2012, at 5:35 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent –Councilor Barros.
Chairperson Moran presides.
Communication from Jose Galvao, President, Fidjos Didjabraba, Cape Verdean Social Club, 682 Roosevelt Avenue, for permission to sell alcohol outside in the parking lot at cookouts on Sundays, June 10, 2012 and June 24, 2012 and on Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29, 2012, and Saturday, August 4, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
STIPULATIONS PRESENTED:
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR HODGE.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, on behalf of Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Barry, the request of Fidjos Didjabraba, Cape Verdean Social Club, 682 Roosevelt Avenue, for permission to sell alcohol outside in the parking lot at cookouts on Sundays, June 10, 2012 and June 24, 2012 and on Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29, 2012, and Saturday, August 4, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. is APPROVED with the following stipulations:
