A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at 6:45 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros and O’Neill.
Vice Chairperson Hodge presides.
The reading of the records of May 23, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Armando G. Vieria, Secretary for Cretcheu Corp., d/b/a Cretcheu Grupo, 593 Weeden Street, to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, requesting permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages and provide entertainment in the parking lot of 593 Weeden Street on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
STIPULATIONS PRESENTED:
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CHADWICK.
Upon motion made by Councilor Chadwick, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the request of Cretcheu Grupo, 593 Weeden Street for permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages and provide entertainment in the parking lot of 593 Weeden Street on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. is APPROVED with the following stipulations:
