A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 7:17 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
THE FOLLOWING REQUEST WAS LAID ON THE TABLE AT THE JUNE 20, 2012 MEETING AND IS AGAIN LAID ON THE TABLE ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:
Communication from Elias Dernikos d/b/a City Line Pizza & Restaurant, 594 Pawtucket Avenue to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners. (Reduction of premises of Class B (Victualer License of City Line Pizza & Restaurant from 590-598 Pawtucket Avenue to 590-594 Pawtucket Avenue)
Communication from Duarte M. Farias, Secretary General of Clube Social Portugese, 131 School Street, requesting permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages, and have bands perform throughout the day, in the parking lot of 131 School Street, on Friday, August 17, Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm., and Sunday August 19, 2012, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm., is READ AND ORDERED FILED and is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
Communication from Rudy Hernandez, Tierra Restaurant and Lounge, to the Pawtucket City Council, requesting permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages and have outdoor entertainment on Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at a Colombian Independence Day Event, is READ AND ORDERED FILED and is APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS on a unanimous voice vote.
STIPULATIONS:
1. Security Staff of four (4) bouncers.
2. Paper cups and Paper plates.
3. Sidewalk must remain clear.
4. Detail officer must be present the entire time.
5. No music outside after 10:00 p.m.
6. Area cleaned up that night.

Petition of the Church of the Assumption, 97 Walcott Street, to sell alcoholic beverages at the annual church festival on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., Saturday, August 18, 2012, from 12:00 noon until 11:00 p.m. and on Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m., LIC#8298
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Chadwick, the meeting is adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
