A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at 6:58 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Barros and O’Neill.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of January 11, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CHADWICK.
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Chadwick, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to issue a summons to Corina’s Pub Inc., 584 Smithfield Ave, to appear at a FORMAL HEARING on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, for the following reasons:
1. Failure to maintain control of patrons and/or endangering the health, safety and welfare of the general public and/or permitting the place where you are licensed to sell beverages to become disorderly as to annoy and disturb the persons inhabiting or residing in the neighborhood and/or permitting any of the laws of this state to be violated in the neighborhood, specifically, on or about December 8, 2011 (See attached Police Narrative Report)

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Chadwick, seconded by Councilors Barry and Wildenhain, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to issue a summons to J Lee’s and Mingos Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a Jay-L Mingos Sports Bar and Grille, 602 Smithfield Ave, to appear at an INFORMAL HEARING on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, for the following reasons:
Councilor Chadwick has been unable to contact the license holder and is asking that the license holder appear to address the Board of License Commissions regarding concerns from the neighbors regarding this establishment.
