A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at 6:46 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Chadwick.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of February 8, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by the entire board, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The clerk is instructed to make sure that the location of liquor license applications is not within 200 ft. of a school or church before advertising the application.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR HODGE.
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Barry, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The clerk is instructed to send a communication to the Pawtucket delegation to the general assembly, requesting that they look into amending the law on not allowing a liquor establishment within 200 ft. of a school or church to require that the measurement go from the building to building.
