A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at 12:08 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of August 8, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Victor C. Santos, President of Community Center Grupo Amigos Da Terceira Inc., 55 Memorial Drive, requesting permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages, and have bands perform throughout the day, outside at 55 Memorial Drive, on Friday, September 7, 2012 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm., Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm., and Sunday September 9, 2012, from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

Upon motion made by Councilor O’Neill, seconded by Councilors Barros and Hodge, the request of Community Center Grupo Amigos Da Terceira Inc., 55 Memorial Drive to serve food and alcoholic beverages, and have bands perform throughout the day, outside at 55 Memorial Drive, on Friday, September 7, 2012 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm., Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm., and Sunday September 9, 2012, from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
