A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at 7:27 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Barros, Hodge, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Barry and Chadwick and O’Neill,
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of July 25, 2012 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Domingos Baptista, President of J. Lee’s and Mino’s Entertainment Inc., 602 Smithfield Avenue, to Pawtucket City Council. (Requesting corporation and d/b/a name change from J. Lee’s and Mingo’s Entertainment Inc., d/b/a Jay-L Mingo’s Bar and Grill to Mingo’s and Sons Inc., d/b/a Club *67) is READ AND ORDERED FILED and the REQUEST TO CHANGE CORPORATION AND D/B/A NAME IS APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Vitali, the meeting is adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
