A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at 6:50 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Barros and Chadwick.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of October 5, 2011 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE, WHICH WAS ADVERTISED FOR A HEARING AT THIS TIME, IS TAKEN UP:

Jimmys LLC d/b/a Cresta Bar and Ristorante, 100 Main St. LIC#7623®
Speaking in favor is applicant James Kelley, 200 Roosevelt Avenue, Central Falls, RI.
Mr. Kelley states that he is the owner of this proposed restaurant.
There will be an affordable family menu with a healthy kids menu. The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. They may also have a Sunday brunch. There are 86 seats indoors and 12 barstools indoors. There will be 25 patio seats outdoors. They may come back later to ask for more outdoor seating.
Mr. Kelley states that he currently runs two Boston golf courses at which alcohol is served. All staff will be TIPS certified. He will have 8-12 full time employees and up to 20 employees, total.
There are no other speakers. The Public Hearing is closed.

Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilors Hodge and Wildenhain, the following license is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote:
