A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at 6:47 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of May 11, 2011 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from William D’Amico, II, President and Rudy Hernandez, Vice President, Paisanos Restaurant & Lounge, Inc. d/b/a Tierra Restaurant & Lounge, requesting permission to hold a One Year Anniversary Event serving alcohol and food outside with outdoor music, tables and chairs set up in the front, left, and right side of the building on May 28, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Paper cups, paper plates and private security to be used, is TAKEN UP:
Upon motion made by Councilor Chadwick, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the following request is READ AND ORDERED FILED AND APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote, with the following stipulation:
