A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at 7:24 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of May 25, 2011 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Jose Galvao, President of Fidjos DiDjabraba, to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, requesting permission to serve alcoholic beverages in the parking lot of Fidjos DiDjabraba, 682 Roosevelt Avenue, at the annual St. John’s Festival to be held on Sundays June 12, July 24, and August 21, Saturdays June 25 and July 23, 2011 from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm. is READ AND ORDERED FILED and the request is APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS, on a unanimous voice vote.
STIPULATIONS:
1. Detail police officer on duty from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Drinks to be served in PLASTIC CUPS.
3. Appropriate dumpsters for rubbish and area must be kept clean.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Barry, the meeting is adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
