A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at 7:17 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor O’Neill.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of April 6, 2011 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
THE FOLLOWING FORMAL HEARING WAS LAID ON THE TABLE AT THE MEETING HELD APRIL 6, 2011, AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP:

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILMAN WILDENHAIN.
Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilors Hodge and Barry, with no one present once again to represent the license holder, the approval of the Class BV license of Unique Minority Corp d/b/a Yazel’s Bar & Grill, 605 Broadway, LIC#596 is RESCINDED on a unanimous voice vote, for the following reason:
Unique Minority Corp does not have a signed lease for the premises at 605 Broadway.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CHADWICK.
Upon motion made by Councilor Chadwick, seconded by Councilor Barros, the following communication is READ AND ORDERED FILED and the request is APPROVED with the following stipulations:
Communication from William D’Amico, II, President and Rudy Hernandez, Vice President, Paisanos Restaurant & Lounge, Inc. d/b/a Tierra Restaurant & Lounge, requesting permission to hold a Cinco de Mayo event serving alcohol and food outside with outdoor music, tables and chairs set up in the front, left, and right side of the building on May 5, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. Paper cups, paper plates and private security to be used.
STIPULATIONS:
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Barry, the meeting is adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
