Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 20, 2010, at 6:45 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Hodge, Moran, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Chadwick.
Chairperson Kinch presides.
The reading of the records of October 6, 2010 is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE, WHICH WAS ADVERTISED FOR A HEARING AT THIS TIME, IS TAKEN UP:
CLASS B (Victualer) – Transfer 100% of stockholders
Shaydan Inc., d/b/a Heritage Tap, (transfer 100% of stockholders) 264 Grand Avenue, LIC#5935
STIPULATION
1. May seat customers outside with 3 tables on sidewalk and 4 tables on lawn.
Speaking in favor of the petition is Attorney Robert Ameen, 390 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, representing the applicant.
Mr. Ameen states that the license transfer is due to the divorce of the owners.
There are no changes to the operation.
There are no other speakers.
The Hearing is Closed.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR WILDENHAIN.
Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilors Barry and Hodge, the following license is APPROVED WITH THE CURRENT STIPULATION, on a unanimous voice vote:
