A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at 7:14 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Moran.
Chairperson Kinch presides.
The reading of the records of June 23, 2010 is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Duarte M. Farias, Secretary General of Clube Portugese, 131 School Street, requesting permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages, and have bands perform throughout the day, in the parking lot of 131 School Street, on Friday, August 20, Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm., and Sunday August 22, 2010, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, is READ AND ORDERED FILED AND THE REQUEST IS APPROVED ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE.
Communication from Major Bruce Moreau, Police Department, to Pawtucket City Council. (Corina’s Pub Inc., 584 Smithfield Avenue – Police Report in response to stipulations) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

Upon motion made by Councilor Chadwick, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the Clerk is instructed to summons Corina’s Pub Inc. to an Informal Hearing on August 11, 2010 to review stipulations placed on their license.
