A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 7, 2009, at 7:08 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Kinch, Councilors Barros, Chadwick, Hodge, Moran, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Barry.
Chairperson Kinch presides.
CHAIRPERSON KINCH IMMEDIATELY STEPS DOWN FROM THE CHAIR AND PRESIDENT PRO-TEMPORE HODGE PRESIDES.
The reading of the records of September 23, 2009 is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
COUNCILOR BARRY ARRIVES AT 7:09 PM.
Communication from Richard J. Goldstein, City Clerk, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners. (Ray’s Boulevard Tap) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIEZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Moran introduces the following communication:
Communication from Jose Galvao, President of Fidjos DiDjabraba, to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, requesting permission to serve alcoholic beverages in the parking lot of Fidjos DiDjabraba, 682 Roosevelt Avenue, at a cookout to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009, from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Barros, the following communication is READ AND ORDERED FILED and the request is APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS, on a unanimous voice vote:

1. Detail police officer on duty from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. Drinks to be served in PLASTIC CUPS ONLY.
3. There must be appropriate dumpsters for rubbish and they must be removed within 48 hours.
Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Chadwick, the meeting is adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
