A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at 6:47 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Bray, Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Grebien, Hodge, Kinch, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Bray presides.
The reading of the records of July 23, 2008 is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Michael F. Horan, Esq., to RI Department of Business Regulation, Liquor Control Division. (Appeal - PLW-MA, Inc., d/b/a Blackstone Wine & Spirits, 1179 Central Avenue, transfer to 295 Armistice Blvd) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Wildenhain introduces the following order:

Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Chadwick, the following order is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

STIPULATIONS:
1. Detail police officer on duty from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
2. Drinks to be served in PLASTIC CUPS ONLY.
3. Appropriate dumpsters for rubbish and area must be kept clean.
