November 20, 2007

 

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Tuesday, November 20, 2007, at 6:29 p.m. in the Pawtucket Library Auditorium, 13 Summer Street, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present - Councilors Bray, Carr, Grebien, Hodge, Kinch, Moran, and Wildenhain.

 

Absent - Councilors Barry and Chadwick.

 

Councilor Bray presides.

 

The reading of the records of November 7, 2007 is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

 

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR WILDENHAIN.

 

With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Wildenhain introduces the following communication:

Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Grebien, the following communication is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

2. Dumpster shall be located in parking lot; shall be enclosed within fencing.  Rubbish shall be removed at a reasonable time, not to be offensive to the neighbors.

3. Management shall be responsible for traffic control of patrons by posting parking policy inside establishment.

Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Grebien, THE RENEWAL OF CLASS B VICTUALER LICENSE OF TROPICAL VIBES CORPORATION D/B/A TABU RESTAURANT & LOUNGE, IS APPROVED PENDING THE RECEIPT OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT AND CREDENTIALS OF THE MANAGEMENT, AND WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:

 

            CLASS B VICTUALER
