A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 11, 2006, at 6:49 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Grebien; Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Clemente, Moran, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Hodge.
Chairman Grebien presides.
The reading of the records of September 20, 2006, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Major Arthur J. Martins, Pawtucket Police Department, to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners. (Candilejas Corp d/b/a Candilejas Café & Lounge, 602 Smithfield Avenue – Calls for police for service at Candileja’s,) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Anne Lindall, President of J.A.R. Beverage Inc., d/b/a Murray’s Pub, 1091 Main Street, to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners. (Requesting to remove stipulation requiring a detail police officer on the Class BV liquor license) is READ AND ORDERED FILED AND THE REQUEST TO REMOVE STIPULATION REQUIRING A DETAIL POLICE OFFICER IS APPROVED BEGINNING THE FIRST WEEKEND IN NOVEMBER WITH A REVIEW IN THREE MONTHS.
