A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at 7:32 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue Pawtucket RI.
Present – Chairman Grebien; Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Clemente, Hodge, Moran, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairman Grebien presides.
THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS RECESSES IMMEDIATELY TO CONVENE AS THE
THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS RECONVENES AT 7:33 P.M.
The reading of the records of April 19, 2006, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
A public hearing is held on the following application for license, which was advertised for a hearing at this time, is taken up:
CLASS B (Victualer)
Narragansett Café, Inc., d/b/a Indian Lounge, (Transfer from Victoria Amaral, by Executrix, d/b/a Indian Lounge (Narragansett Café),
Representing the applicant is John Donavan Attorney from the Law firm of McCorry & Gannon.
Mr. Donavan states that the applicant is the son of the previous license holder and will run the same type of business.
The license is a transfer from the Estate to a new corporation.
Councilor Vitali urges the Board of License Commissioners to approve the transfer.
There are no other speakers.
