A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at 6:55 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Grebien; Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Hodge, Moran, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Clemente.
Chairman Grebien presides.
The reading of the records of March 8, 2006, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from R. Kevin Horan, Attorney, to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, objecting to the transfer of Class A Liquor license of Tropical Liquors Corporation d/b/a Tropical Liquors to Alves Productions, Inc., d/b/a Tropical Liquors, in the amount of $26,893.25 is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Paul J. Pisano, Attorney, to Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, objecting to the transfer of Class A Liquor license of Tropical Liquors Corporation d/b/a Tropical Liquors to Alves Productions, Inc., d/b/a Tropical Liquors, in the amount of $45.08 is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Barry introduces the following memo:
Memo from Richard W. Nicholson, Esq., to Janice M. LaPorte, CMC, City Clerk, asking to continue the hearing on Class A Liquor License transfer from Tropical Liquors Corporation d/b/a Tropical Liquors, to Alves Productions, Inc., d/b/a Tropical Liquors, until April 5, 2006.
Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor Moran, the following memo is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
