A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Thursday, December 14, 2006, at 5:40 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Grebien, Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Clemente, Hodge and Vitali.
Absent – Councilors Moran and Wildenhain.
Chairman Grebien presides.
The reading of the records of December 6, 2006, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CLEMENTE.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Clemente introduces the following license:

Petition of Cape Verdean American Development Community, to sell alcoholic beverages at Fund Raiser Dinner/Dance, at 120 High Street, on Sunday, December 31, 2006, from 8:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. LIC#177
Upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Barry, the following license is GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote:
Petition of Cape Verdean American Development Community, to sell alcoholic beverages at Fund Raiser Dinner/Dance, at 120 High Street, on Sunday, December 31, 2006, from 8:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. LIC#177
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Barry, the meeting is adjourned at 5:41 p.m.
