October 19, 2005

 

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 19, 2005, at 7:47 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – Chairman Grebien, Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Clemente, Moran, Vitali and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilor Hodge.

 

Chairman Grebien presides.

 

The reading of the records of October 5, 2005, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

 

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS LAID ON THE TABLE AT THE MEETING HELD OCTOBER 5, 2005, AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP:

With majority consent of the Council, upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain the following License is DENIED on a unanimous voice vote:

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CLEMENTE.

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Barry, the following liquor license is  SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY, to be in effect as long as the articles of incorporation of Tropical Vibes Corporation remain revoked by the Secretary of State and until the Rhode Island Health Department issues the clearance required under Rule 21 of the State’s Liquor Rules, on a unanimous voice vote:

Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Barry, the following license is GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote:
