A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, November 9, 2005, at 6:55 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

Licensee shall provide an adequate menu.
Approval by the Police Department for compliance.
Approval by the Division of Code Enforcement.
Any license holder with a health or public safety issue, shall not be issued a license until said violation (s) is corrected and released by the appropriate department.
Violations, other than health issues, will be given a “grace period” until January 24, 2006, to correct said violations. Failure to correct said violations could result in a formal hearing, which could place the license in jeopardy of suspension or revocation.
