A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at 12:05 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Grebien; Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Hodge, Moran, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Clemente.
Chairman Grebien presides.
The reading of the records of July 6, 2005, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from R. Kevin Horan, Esq. representing JAR Beverage Inc d/b/a Murray’s Pub, 1091 Main Street, requesting permission to serve food and alcoholic beverages from an outside deck at their establishment is READ AND ORDERED FILED AND THE REQUEST TO SERVE FOOD AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FROM AN OUTSIDE DECK IS APPROVED.
THE FOLLOWING LICENSE IS APPROVED ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:

Petition of Church of the Assumption, 97 Walcott Street, to sell alcoholic beverages at an Annual Church Festival on the Church Grounds, on Friday, August 19, 2005, from 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.; Saturday, August 20, 2005; Sunday, August 21, 2005, from 12:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m., LIC#152
Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at 12:07 p.m.
