A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 22, 2004, at 7:10 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairman Barry.
Vice Chair Bray presides.
The reading of the records of September 8, 2004, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the FORMAL HEARING is LAID ON THE TABLE AND rescheduled for Wednesday, October 20, 2004, at 6:45 o’clock p.m. on a unanimous voice vote.

Representing the applicant is Attorney Robert A. Peretti, 1536 Westminster Street, Providence, RI.
Mr. Vinh is a pharmacist with Brooks Drugs. He has experience in a family liquor business for 7 years.
Councilor Clemente asks if he is familiar with the liquor laws and the alcohol training program.
Mr. Vinh states that the hours will be the same as now, and he will be open on Sundays.
There are no other speakers.

The Clerk is instructed to issue a Summons to Howard Rogers Post – 25 McCallum Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, to appear at an INFORMAL HEARING on Wednesday, October 6, 2004, regarding recent incidents at the club.
