Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 19, 2004, at 6:50 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Bray.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of May 5, 2004, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR WILDENHAIN.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Wildenhain, introduces the following license:
CLASS F (Beer & Wine) –
Petition of Sacred Heart Church to sell beer & wine at a Feast of Sacred Heart Church, 38 Park Street, on Friday, June 4, 2004 from 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.; Saturday, June 5, 2004, from 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.; and on Sunday, June 6, 2004, from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., LIC# 133
Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the following license is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote:
