A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, March 10, 2004, at 6:50 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of February 25, 2004, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE FORMAL HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING LICENSE IS TAKEN UP:
CLASS B (Victualer) –
Corina’s Pub, Inc., 584 Smithfield Avenue, LIC# 10310
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CLEMENTE.
Upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the Formal Hearing on this license is continued until March 24, 2004.
The Clerk is instructed to have the Police Department hand deliver the agreed upon Nolo Contendre Plea to the officers of Corina’s Pub, Inc. If the agreed upon plea is not signed prior to the Formal Hearing on March 24, 2004, further action may be taken.
Communication from Thomas Brennan, Celtic Pub, 755 Broadway, to the Honorable City Council, requesting to permission to serve alcoholic beverages from a tent in the parking lot on Wednesday, March 17, 2004, from 3:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the request of Thomas Brennan, Celtic Pub, 755 Broadway to serve alcoholic beverages from a tent in the parking lot on Wednesday, March 17, 2004, from 3:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.

CLASS F-1 (Full Privilege) –
Petition of the Pawtucket Foundation for a license to sell alcoholic beverages at Fundraiser to be held at Hasbro, Inc., 1027 Newport Avenue, on Thursday, April 1, 2004, from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., LIC# 130
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
