Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of December 18, 2003, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
NO BUSINESS TO TRANSACT.
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
