A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, February 11, 2004, at 6:50 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Clemente.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of January 21, 2004, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
COUNCILOR CLEMENTE ARRIVES AT 6:51 P.M.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR HOYAS.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hoyas, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the license holder HAS ACCEPTED A PLEA OF NOLO CONTENDRE AND HAS PAID A $500.00 FINE, FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
1. SELLING INTOXICATING BEVERAGES TO A MINOR ON THE LICENSED PREMISES (RIGL 3-8-1), ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 1, 2003.

Upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Grebien, the request of Joseph A. Lamagna, Esq., representing Cidade Velha Lounge, LTD d/b/a CV Lounge, 214 Broad Street, requesting the removal of the police detail stipulation is DENIED, based on the recommendation of Commander Ormerod that there has been 92 calls since the stipulation has been placed on the license.
