A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, November 5, 2003, at 7:17 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Grebien.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of October 22, 2003, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

3. All employees of the establishment who serve alcohol shall be Tips Certified and evidence that this requirement has been satisfied shall be forwarded to the City Clerk’s Office within 30 days.
4. The license holder shall be placed on probation for a six-month period and if any incidents occur during this time frame, which rise to the level of the incident, which took place on February 5, 2002, shall result in a five (5) day suspension and will result in the calling of a new formal hearing on this violation.
5. Removal of the pay phone in the establishment and this phone shall not be replaced without Council approval.

In conformity with Chapter 242 of the Public laws of Rhode Island, 1962, Class B liquor establishments are hereby entitled to remain open on New Year’s morning, January 1, 2004, until 3:00 a.m. Alcoholic beverages CANNOT be sold after the usual closing hour of 1:00 a.m.
