Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 9, 2003, at 6:45 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Hoyas.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of June 25, 2003, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
A Formal Hearing regarding the following license is taken up:
Class B (Victualer)
Malibu Bar & Grill, Inc. d/b/a Malibu Bar & Grill, 602 Smithfield Avenue, LIC# 10311
Representing the City is Frank J. Milos, Jr., Assistant City Solicitor
Representing applicant is Albert B. West, Attorney, 3460 Mendon Rd., Cumberland RI.

Upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the following additional STIPULATIONS are added to the following license:

Add police detail on Thursday and Sunday Evenings
Entertainment license is revoked.
Permission to conduct an outdoor barbecue, and to sell draft beer in the parking lot adjacent to their business on Japonica Street on Saturday, August 23, 2003, from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
