A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Thursday, December 18, 2003, at 5:06 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of December 10, 2003, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Commander Stephen P. Ormerod, to George L. Kelley, III, Chief of Police. (Underage Drinking Law Compliance Checks) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to schedule FORMAL HEARINGS on January 21, 2004 at 6:45 p.m. for the following establishments who violated the underage drinking law:

Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Moran, the following license is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote:

Petition of Sacred Heart Church to sell beer and wine at a New Years Eve Party, in the Church Hall, 38 Park Street, on Wednesday, December 31, 2003 from 7:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., LIC# 126
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
