Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners
December 10, 2003
A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, December 10, 2003, at 7:15 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Carr, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Bray and Clemente.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of November 19, 2003, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
A public hearing is held on the following application for license, which was advertised for a hearing at this time, is taken up:
CLASS T (Theater) –
Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre, 172 Exchange Street, LIC# 10323
Speaking in favor is Yvonne Seggerman, Managing Director, Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre.
Ms. Seggerman explains that there is an average of 80-100 people per night who attend one of the shows at the theater. They are requesting this license so people may have a glass of wine or beer before the shows or at intermission.
There are no other speakers.
The Hearing is closed.

Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Moran, the following license is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote:
