A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, and Hodge.
Absent – Chairman Barry, Councilors Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Vice Chair Bray presides.
The reading of the records of March 19, 2003, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Janice M. LaPorte, CMC, City Clerk, to the Members of the Board of License Commissioners. (Establishments Closed – Fire Safety) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

Petition of Kiwanis Club of Pawtucket to sell beer and wine at a Chili Cook Off Fundraiser at 175 Main Street (rear parking lot) on Saturday, May 17, 2003, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. (Rain date: Sunday, May 18, 2003), LIC# 114
Petition of Cape Verdean Association of Community Development to sell beer and wine at a fundraiser at 120 High Street on Saturday, April 19, 2003 from 9:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., LIC# 115 (one license issued since December 1, 2002)
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Clemente, the meeting is adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
