Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at seven fifty-six o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Moran.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of March 20, 2002, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Michael F. Horan, Esq., to the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, requesting to amend the stipulation placed on Checkmate Pizza, Inc. d/b/a Checkmate Pizza, 1-3 Garden Street, to allow them to be open until 1:00 a.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CLEMENTE.
Upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the request of Checkmate Pizza, Inc. d/b/a Checkmate Pizza, 1-3 Garden Street, to change the stipulation and allow them to be open until 1:00 a.m. is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Grebien, the meeting is adjourned at eight o’clock p.m.
