A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, March 7, 2001, at seven fifty-two o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent –Councilor Grebien
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of February 21, 2001, is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Celtic Pub, 755 Broadway, requesting permission to serve alcoholic beverages from a tent in the parking lot on Saturday, March 17, 2001, from 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN
Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the request from Celtic Pub, 755 Broadway, for permission to serve alcoholic beverages from a tent in the parking lot on Saturday, March 17, 2001, from 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at seven fifty-three o’clock p.m.
