A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 25, 2001, at twelve sixteen o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Councilors Bray, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairman Barry, Councilors Carr, and Moran.
Vice Chair Bray presides.
The reading of the records of July 11, 2001, is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Michael F. Horan, Attorney at Law representing K.J. Cummings, Inc., d/b/a K C’s Tap at 132 Japonica Street, Pawtucket RI, requesting permission to hold a an outdoor barbecue, and to sell draft beer in the parking lot adjacent to their business on Japonica Street on Saturday, August 11, 2001, from 2:00 p. m. until 10:00 p.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED, and the request to hold an outdoor barbecue and to sell draft beer in the parking lot on Saturday, August 11, 2001 from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
